Thanks to our partnership with the ISVEA laboratories , all our extra virgin olive oils are analyzed quickly and with accredited methods. The ISVEA laboratory is ACCREDIA accredited in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 for most of the analyzes required by the legislation which, through the DOP and IGP regulations, regulates the quality certification of olive oil. The accreditation is associated with the authorization of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, further proof of the implementation of highly reliable analytical processes suitable for giving maximum credibility to the test reports issued .
